CORPORATE OVERVIEW

A small corporate team of housing professionals works diligently to make the NHC an action-oriented service delivery agency. Our strength is in our dedication to delivering targeted housing solutions to all of our audiences:

• Education, training and support to Local Housing Organizations in the areas of administration, finance, program delivery and technical construction techniques and procedures;
• Homeowner services in the areas of finance, life skills and technical assistance; Property management services to GN employees in GN Staff Housing; and
• The coordination of housing-related lobby efforts on behalf of all Nunavummiut.

Structured around five distinct offices, two for Headquarter Operations and three for our District Operations, our cohesive group is strengthened by a network of 25 Local Housing Organizations which provide a crucial link to Nunavummiut and their communities.

Our Directorate Office in Iqaluit and Corporate Headquarters Office in Arviat house our Headquarters Operations.

Our District Operations are made up of our three District Offices which are located in Cape Dorset, Arviat and Cambridge Bay.
